Then the republic forces of China slected a general in chief with a central atministration to carry out their ork they proslaimed Vice Pr sident Li Yuan-hung to be president of China as Li Yuan-hung is now in socordance with the consti- tution installed in the presidential chair the chief object of the republican committee has been attained therefore from the 14th of July 1916 the ilitary Council called the Auen Yuan is abolished to gether with all the offices attached thereto whether concerning internal administration or foreign affairs.
